This site is operated by HAIR LABS AI LTD. Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products to you.

2. ACCEPTANCE & ELIGIBILITY

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding when purchasing our supplements.
  • You have consulted your doctor if you are taking medication or have a medical condition.

3. PRODUCTS & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Our Product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Likewise, the information shared on our website, blog, social media channels, or in any other promotional materials is not intended to replace personalised advice from your GP or another qualified healthcare professional.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

If you have a recurring or pre-existing medical condition, or if you are currently taking prescription medication, you agree to consult your GP before using our Product or making any changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Please do not exceed the recommended dose.

4. ORDERING & CONTRACT FORMATION

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by HAIR LABS AI LTD.
  • Confirmation of your order does not constitute contract acceptance.
  • A contract is formed only upon dispatch confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion.

5. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

5.1 Recurring Billing

By subscribing, you authorise HAIR LABS AI LTD to charge your chosen payment method automatically at regular intervals (e.g. every 30 days), until cancellation.

5.2 Minimum Commitment

Some subscriptions may have a minimum term (e.g. 3-month supply). This will be clearly stated at checkout.

5.3 Managing or Cancelling

You may cancel or pause your subscription by logging into your account.

Please make changes at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

5.4 Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel or suspend subscriptions at any time, especially in cases of fraud or discount abuse.

6. PRICING & PROMOTIONS

  • Prices are in GBP (£).
  • Promotions are not cumulative and limited to one per household.
  • We reserve the right to cancel discounts obtained via fraudulent methods (e.g. multiple emails for one person).

7. DELIVERY, RISK & TITLE

  • Risk passes to you upon delivery.
  • Ownership transfers only after full payment is received.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or lack of response, we may cancel the order and deduct reasonable costs from your refund.

8. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

8.2 Restrictions

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalised goods.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

10. SITE USE & PROHIBITIONS

You must not:

  • Use our site for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
  • Upload malware, attempt to hack or disrupt the service.

We reserve the right to restrict access or take legal action for misuse.

  • Delays due to events beyond our control including but not limited to:

Nothing excludes our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory rights.

Product packaging and specifications may vary slightly from images. We may make minor updates to comply with regulations or improve quality without prior notice.

17. Third-Party Sites & Resellers

We are not liable for any products sold through unauthorised third parties, including resellers or marketplace platforms. Refunds and support only apply to purchases made directly on hairlabs.ai.

18. UPDATES TO TERMS

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and HAIR LABS AI LTD, superseding all prior discussions or communications.
