Shipping policy

At HairLabs, we stand for a Culture of Excellence, which guides everything we do. We never cease working to uphold it in all aspects of our business.

We partner with the best delivery providers, such as Royal Mail, to ensure reliable and fast service. We deliver all across the UK for free, and if you order before 15:00, we dispatch your order the same day.

We accept returns, provided they are sent back with all the original packaging and accessories and were purchased directly from us for delivery within the United Kingdom. 

Customers can initiate a return from their account, or email concierge@hairlabs.ai with their order number within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns are handled by post; we supply a downloadable Royal Mail label at no charge. There is no restocking fee. After the returned item is inspected, we issue a full refund of the product cost to the original payment method within five business days (additional time may be required for banks to process the credit).

We also provide a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Customers can email concierge@hairlabs.ai with their order number within 30 days of the delivery date if they do not find the results satisfactory.

We do not offer exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers should email photos within 30 days; once approved, we refund the full amount.
