Shipping policy

At HairLabs, we stand for Science, PhiloAesthetica, and a Culture of Excellence — values that guide everything we do. We never cease working to uphold these tenets in all aspects of our business.

We partner with the best companies, such as Royal Mail, to ensure reliable and fast delivery. We deliver all across the UK for free, and if you're not happy, we dispatch your order the next day — because we care.

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products that are new or only slightly used, provided they are sent back with all original packaging and accessories and were purchased directly from us for delivery within the United Kingdom.

To initiate a return, customers should email concierge@hairlabs.ai with their order number within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns are handled by post; we supply a downloadable Royal Mail label at no charge. There is no restocking fee. After the returned item is inspected, we issue a full refund of the product cost to the original payment method within five business days (additional time may be required for banks to process the credit).

We do not offer exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers should email photos within 30 days; once approved, we refund the full amount and cover reasonable return postage.
